Getting Started with Session Life
Purchase, learn and be ready for your first session
PURCHASING THE APP
Session Life is not publically available. You will need a private link to access Session Life in the App Store.
Session Life is a subscription application that costs $99 per month. You can cancel at anytime.
You can install the app and work with the sample data but you will need a subcription to create sessions and use the app with your clients.
To purchase Session Life, please send an email to support@sessionlife.app - We'll validate that you are a current franchisee of EOS Worldwide and promptly send you a link to the Session Life page in the App Store.
Once you have Session Life installed, be sure to take time to familiarize yourself with it before your first session. The process and videos on this page will guild you.
Please send any questions to: support@sessionlife.app
Follow the Getting Started process before you do your first session, then do a live session and return here for better and better sessions each time.
- Review This Page – Most everything you can do with the app is covered on this page. Review what it can do to see what is possible and how to use each feature.
- Learn To Navigate The App – Just play around and get comfortable moving around and find the features that you saw on this page.
- Review Swan Services – All of the Swan Services Sessions from Get A Grip are in the app as sample data. Enter their sessions and familiarize yourself with Alan’s notes. Observe what he wrote in session and how data is flowing between sessions.
- Practice Session – Set up a new session. Enter a client and team. Plan an agenda. Then just run the session in your mind taking notes as you go. This will give you the practice you need to both navigate the app and take notes. Go through a full session and be sure to do a Wrap-Up!
- Live Session – Do a live session with it. Then return here to learn more and repeat.
CORE CONCEPTS
COMPARTMENTALIZATION
Just like we teach our clients, Session Life is compartmentalizing your session notes. All session data has a compartment to capture it for use when you need it.
NO TYPING IN SESSION
Tech or no-tech in the session room, using a pencil is less disruptive than typing
FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND

WHAT SESSION LIFE IS NOT
SESSION LIFE IS NOT A VIRTUAL SESSION TOOL
- A CRM – Manage your business development and client communications with EOS ONE CRM or Practice Management. Session Life will only prompt you to ask for referrals and generate a post session email that reflects what happened in the session.
- CLENT TOOLS – EOS client docs such as V/TO, Accountability Chart, Rock Sheet, Scorecard, Issues List etc. belong in whatever tool the client uses. Session Life is not the place to store client data. The only client data in Session Life is what you need to help them through their journey.
- SESSION PRESENTATION TOOL – Nothing in Session Life is applicable to project on screen and share with the client. Session Life contains your notes for managing the session and your client’s journey.
- VIRTUAL SESSION TOOL – Session Life is not a virtual session tool. It was designed to be used on all sessions in-person and virtual.
